What data and why
From the enquiry form we process your name, e-mail, phone number, company name and the text of your message. The only reason is to answer your enquiry and agree the work. From the application form on the Careers page we process your name, email, phone number, what you write about yourself and your CV if you attach one. We use it only to choose a candidate for the advertised position.
We do not use the data for marketing mailings and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep the data
We process it on the basis of the consent you tick in the form, and only so that we can answer your enquiry or application. You can withdraw that consent at any time — just write to the e-mail address above. If no work comes out of the enquiry or application, we delete the data no later than two years after your last message. If work does come out of it, we keep the data for as long as the work runs and after that only for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
The message from the form reaches us by e-mail and a copy of it stays in the website administration (for an application including the attached CV), so that the enquiry is not lost if the e-mail fails to arrive. Copies older than two years are deleted from there automatically, and we will delete any of them sooner as soon as you ask.
Your rights
With the data we hold about you, you can do the following at any time:
- Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Have a detail corrected if it is wrong.
- Have the data deleted once we no longer have a reason to keep it.
- Restrict the processing until it is clear whether it is justified.
- Get the data in a machine-readable form or have it moved elsewhere.
- Object to the processing and withdraw the consent you gave us in the form.
Write to the e-mail address above and we will get back to you within one month at the latest. We will ask you to prove your identity only if we are not sure that the person writing is the one the data is about.
If our answer is not enough for you, you can complain to the supervisory authority, which is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Who else has access to the data
We do not sell the data to anyone and we do not pass it on for anyone else to use. Apart from us, a single processor has access to it: the hosting provider whose servers run this website and the mailbox the enquiries arrive in. It processes the data for us under a contract and we do not transfer it outside the European Union.
We use no other service for it — the enquiry does not pass through a form or marketing platform and we do not feed it into a CRM or a mailing tool.
Cookies and traffic measurement
The site runs no advertising scripts, stores no marketing cookies and has no cookie bar, because there is nothing to ask about. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so your IP address is not passed to any third party. We use a single technical session cookie that protects the form against misuse. It expires when you close the browser.
We measure the traffic ourselves and keep only daily totals from it — how many people came, which pages they opened and where they arrived from. To tell a new visitor from a returning one within the same day, we compute an irreversible fingerprint from the IP address and the browser using a salt that changes every midnight. We never write the IP address itself down anywhere, and the fingerprint cannot be linked to a particular person or followed across days.
